Burgundy wine-maker Domaine Chanzy to float on Aim using Seedr crowdfunding so investors can take a stake for £10.
Retail investors will be able to buy stakes in vineyard Domaine Chanzy from just £10 as the French wine-maker lists on Aim through crowdfunding agency Seedrs.
In what is thought to be the first initial public offering (IPO) using crowdfunding, Domaine Chanzy hopes to raise at least £1.9m with shares priced at 120p as it floats on the junior market.
By offering stakes in its Burgundy-based vineyard through Seedrs, the wine-maker hopes to attract a wider range of investors by making the process easier because they will not need to set up a trading account to make the purchase.
