Chanzy Group owns three prestigious French wine producers: Domaine Chanzy and Domaine Pagnotta with a total of 79 hectares in Burgundy, and Château Signac with 33 hectares in the Chusclan appellation of the Côtes du Rhône. Chanzy Group is the largest vineyard owner in Burgundy’s Côte Chalonnaise and one of the largest in Burgundy. Chanzy Group vineyards and wine production are under the management of the illustrious Jessiaume family of Santenay who have produced wine for six generations.
Domaine Chanzy is located in Bouzeron, and has 38 hectares of vineyards spread across the three principal regions of Burgundy: Côte de Nuits, Côte de Beaune and Côte Chalonnaise. Domaine Chanzy produces wines from some of the most renowned appellations including 12 Grands Crus and 14 Premiers Crus. Domaine Chanzy has sole ownership of the Bouzeron “Clos de la Fortune” monopole appellation.
Founded by Rocco Pagnotta in 1980, Domaine Pagnotta has 41 hectares of vineyards in appellations such as Maranges 1er cru and Santenay in Côte de Beaune and Mercurey 1er cru, Givry 1er cru, Rully and Bouzeron in Côte Chalonnaise. Domaine Pagnotta has complete production facilities in Chagny, less than a 10-minute drive from Domaine Chanzy.
Château Signac has 33 hectares of vineyards on the right bank of the Rhône less than an hour from the famous tourist sites of the Pont du Gard, Uzès, Nîmes, Avignon and Orange. The manor house sits on a small hill and enjoys a stunning view towards Mont Ventoux and the ruins of the castle of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. The Dent de Signac, a forest-covered mountain that attracts both hunters and nature lovers alike, overlooks the vineyards.

Chief Executive Officer
Rocco joined the Chanzy Group as CEO in January 2017 following the acquisition of his Domaine Pagnotta and its 41 hectares in vineyards in the Côte Chalonnaise. Rocco led Domaine Pagnotta for close to thirty years and also served as winemaker.
Director of Vinification
Marc arrived at the Domaine Chanzy in February 2015 to work with his brother Pascal and son Jean-Baptiste. Marc brings his life experience with winemaking and viticulture to Chanzy Group. He is now responsible for quality control at all Chanzy Group wineries and vineyards.
Director of Viticulture
Pascal joined Domaine Chanzy as Head of Viticulture in April 2014 and became a director in December 2014. Pascal built his experience in the family vineyards in Santenay after obtaining a professional certificate in winemaking from the Lycée Viticole de Beaune. Pascal has made significant improvements to the Chanzy Group vineyards and he also participates in the winemaking process.
Chief Operating Officer & Director of Vinification
Jean-Baptiste joined Domaine Chanzy as General Director in August 2013. He is from the sixth generation of a family of highly respected and successful Burgundy winemakers that dates back more than 160 years. Jean-Baptiste was awarded Côte de Beaune “Young Winemaker of the Year” in 2012. Since joining Domaine Chanzy, Jean-Baptiste has had full responsibility for vinification of both red and white wines and has also led the modernisation of the production facilities.
